navy

Navy usually gets me in the summer time, but it is fall and I can't help but be totally drawn to these rooms.
I love the nursery, it is totally gender neutral and I LOVE the navy walls, chairs and white accents in the top photo.  But here is the question...am I sold enough for it to be in my living room?

sweet baby boy

A possible nursery for my baby boy?  Thoughts?  What do you think?
I am getting ready to go dye my slip covers from white to gray!  Wish me luck!  Hope they turn out or the hubby may not be so happy with me!

Happy Fall Friday...

Happy Fall Friday...
We will be busy with family cookouts and get togethers,
my college homecoming game and parade,
and possibly a flea market visit if time allows!

Oh Boy!

I am going to have to stop thinking completely in the world of pinks and turquoise!  We are having a BOY!
Although I would have been completely happy with another little girl, I couldn't be more excited to mix things up!  Plus new nursery design!  WOOHOO!

Boy or Girl??

Baby Girl Inspiration...

An extra large mirror for added glamour...
A mix of vintage modern...
& a gorgeous armoire to hide diapers and essentials...
equals the perfect baby girl nursery in my book!

Baby Boy Inspiration...
A modern twist...

Possibly the coolest baby boy nursery I have ever seen...
dark gray walls with an assortment of antlers...

As I plan out my next nursery (we find out the sex on Wed.), I won't be pulling ideas from the usual sweet baby nurserys we are all use to,  but rather I will be thinking outside the box.  I don't want my children growing out of their rooms, but want their rooms to grow with them.  That is why I have found a lot of inspiration in grown up rooms.  Wednesday can't get here soon enough!  I'm ready to get started!
